Works with your existing equipment
The combination of very high porosity and very high strength makes QuickFill® Plus Xcel well suited for reliable high-speed filling, for example in rotary and single-spout packers. Adjustments may be needed if you want to unlock even higher filling speeds, and we’re ready to support that transition.
This is how you benefit
Faster filling with fewer breakages and less dust. QuickFill® Plus Xcel helps you boost productivity without compromising on sustainability or worker health.

Reach a new level of filling speed
QuickFill Plus already offers exceptionally high breathability. In the Xcel version, the material strength has been improved to enable higher filling speeds and increased productivity. The added strength also reduces the risk of sack breakages, minimizing production disruptions and customer claims. Lab tests show a potential 15% increase in filling speed compared to conventional high-porous papers with 5s Gurley porosity.

Reduce costs and emissions
The strength of QuickFill Plus Xcel makes it possible to produce durable sacks with less paper compared to conventional high-porous paper sacks. This results in lower costs per ton packed and reduced emissions. The carbon footprint can be three times lower than unbleached kraft paper and five to six times lower than woven plastic sacks.

Eliminate dust in the filling process
By combining ultra-strength with ultra-breathability, QuickFill Plus Xcel allows air from the filling process to pass through the sack walls without damaging the sack. This enables fast filling of fine powders, including high Blaine cement, while minimizing dust, improving working conditions and reducing product loss.
