We are now looking for a Logistics Application Manager
Are you an experienced and have an interest in ERP systems and logistics? As a Logistics Application Manager you will manage and develop the functionality of our ERP system, TIPS, and related support systems, ensuring efficient logistical processes and successful system integration. You will also collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to drive continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Acting as a key object specialist for TIPS ERP systems, driving and supporting development within logistics.
· Maintaining and updating master data and functionality for logistics in ERP system TIPS and SAP.
· Coordinating and developing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) needs for the Supply Chain.
· Collaborating on cross-functional interfaces to design and uphold effective work methods.
· Managing supplier relations and ensuring effective communication with logistics providers.
· Contributing to project-based assignments to optimize logistics flows and processes.
· Supporting the logistics delivery planning team in SAP
· Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
This position is temporary until December 2027 since one of our colleagues is participating in a company project. The role is located at our production unit in Gävle or at our headquarter in Solna (Stockholm).

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- Academic degree with specialization in logistics, Supply Chain Management, business economics or system development is highly valued, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Tips or SAP preferred), EDI, or data warehouse solutions.
- Strong English skills both written and verbally.
- Strong computer literacy and a high level of overall system understanding.
- Background in the pulp and paper industry, or similar process industries and previous experience in similar roles is considered a strong advantage.
