What to Expect
- Newly hired employees will join United Steelworkers Local 21 after 30 days of employment.
- The mill runs around the clock—so you'll need to be able and willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and overtime as needed
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing and assessments
- Minimum of two (2) years of current, continuous work experience in any field, demonstrating reliability and consistency
Preferred:
- Post-high school education
- Industrial experience
- Industry-related certifications
- Experience operating industrial equipment
