Are you an experienced people leader? Do you thrive in driving improvement across financial processes in a Shared Service Centre?
We are looking for our future Financial Shared Service Centre Director, to lead and further develop our Financial Shared Services organization (BFS) within Group Finance. BFS plays a central role in delivering high-quality, efficient finance services across the Group, including Accounts Receivable/Payable (O2C/P2P) and Accounting & reporting (R2R).
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead and develop the Billerud Financial Services organization
- Ensure high quality, efficiency, and reliability in finance service delivery
- Overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, and transactional finance processes
- Ensure robust period-end close processes and strong internal controls
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working
- Act as a senior interface towards Group Finance and key business stakeholders across the company
- Lead, coach, and develop the BFS team
The position reports to the Vice President Group Finance. The role is based in either Gävle or Solna, Stockholm – and will require some travelling.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Solid leadership experience within a finance shared service center, including responsibility for direct reports
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, statutory reporting, and internal control frameworks
- Experience from complex, preferably international organizations
- Fluency in Swedish and English
