BillerudKorsnäs launches Christmas calendar to highlight different professions within the industry
On 1-24 December, anyone wondering how it might be to work in a Swedish industrial company has the opportunity to meet BillerudKorsnäs employees. Behind each of the 24 openings in the Christmas calendar there is a movie with a employee from sales, production, maintenance etc. telling more about what the job means, what is exciting about it and what it means to work in a company with the mission to challenge the conventional for a sustainable future.
Workplaces, perhaps especially in industry, are often scattered and difficult to access. A knowledge vacuum, or mystery if you want, is easily created around what's going on behind the facades. BillerudKorsnäs wants to fix this by letting 24 employees, one per day between 1-24 December, illustrate the company's various professional roles on video recorded “in action” at their respective workplace.
