We are now looking for an Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager for Supply Chain to Billerud!
You will be part of our committed Planning team, reporting to our Planning Director. The position is a permanent employment and placement will be in Solna, Gruvön, Skärblacka, Gävle, Frövi or Karlsborg - depending on the candidate's location.
You will be part of our planning team, joining us at an exciting time of transformation, where we are developing our forecasting processes and implementing a new ERP system (SAP). This role plays a key part in shaping how we connect sales, operations, and wood supply into one joint plan. The role is a specialist role that will analyze forecast trends, proactively identify risks and mitigate those in the best possible way.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead the Sales & Operations planning process to optimize profit base/maximization
- Take operational ownership of day-to-day S&OP activities
- Gather input from relevant sources and stakeholders to secure forecast accuracy
- Connect volume and value disconnects
- Operationally lead the day to day activities within S&OP
- Prepare S&OP meetings and make sure stakeholders keeps agreed RACI model
- Challenge status quo and identify improvements in current ways of working
- Further develop statistical forecasting and identify the right model for different segments
- Analyze data to identify trends and steer Billerud in the right direction
- Lead Continuous improvement in operational work

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- University degree in: Industrial Management and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in change management and indirect leadership.
- Experience in demand, supply and inventory planning.
- Strong ability to structure and analyze large data volumes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge in SAP (IBP, S4) or I-Plan is meritorious
- Excellent communication skills in English and good knowledge in Swedish, both written and spoken.
