We are now looking for a Global Trade Risk Manager

As a Global Trade Risk manager you will lead the Credit Control and Trade finance function for Billerud Group. You will plan, lead and develop the team as well as actively support with credit assessment, risk management and Group wide projects targeting process efficiencies. You will be working closely with Commercial business controllers to optimise Group’s working capital.

The Global trade risk team operates under the Treasury organization and consists of 4 team members. The Treasury function consist of 8 people and you will be reporting to Director Group Treasury.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Leading the team and ensuring that appropriate credit assessment processes and competencies are in place
  • Evaluating credit insurance solutions and negotiating credit insurance agreements
  • Ensuring that appropriate data and tools for monitoring risk exposure are in place
  • Establishing customer credit risk coverage framework by developing Group’s Credit Directive
  • Leading further development of our credit and collection processes and system support
  • Actively participating in Group wide projects to develop O2C process, improve working capital efficiency.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent relevant area
  • Significant experience from credit assessment in an industrial company
  • Track record of staff responsibility as a manager or team leader
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
