We’re looking for a Travel & Office Coordinator to join our team in Solna – could it be you?
As a Travel & Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing relationships with travel vendors and ensuring smooth daily office operations. This includes overseeing supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supporting office events, and providing administrative assistance across departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing travel bookings and processing expense reimbursements
- Monitoring vendor performance and resolving discrepancies
- Compiling travel statistics and ensuring efficient travel administration
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facility management
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring a safe, functional work environment
- Assisting in planning and executing office events and meetings
- Providing administrative support such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence
- Acting as backup for the receptionist and executive assistants when needed
You will be based in at our office in Solna, Stockholm.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, office administration, or a similar role
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in travel management systems and office productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
