Your Role:
Billerud are passionately committed to their customers and their business every day. As a Customer Service Specialist / Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud’ s head office in Solna, Stockholm.
This is a project-based employment intended to cover for an employee who will be engaged in an major internal project. The start date is according to agreement, and the position is estimated to run until the end of December 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
- Ensure the smooth flow of the order process during the summer months.
- Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals.
- Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-related position
Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written
Good knowledge in working within different IT-systems
Bachelor’s degree of Science/Business Administration is a merit
Experience of supply chain or/and logistics is a merit
Personal qualities
