Billerud Supplier Code of Conduct

Suppliers to Billerud are required to undertake compliance with the Billerud Supplier Code of Conduct.

In addition, Billerud may, without affecting the rights and obligations arising from the Billerud Supplier Code of Conduct, ask our Suppliers to take part in an annual supplier evaluation performed by a third party (EcoVadis) engaged by Billerud. Our suppliers agree to take part in such an assessment at its own expense. The results of such an assessment will be submitted to both the Supplier and Billerud. If such an assessment identifies significant shortcomings, an action plan shall be presented immediately to address the shortcomings. The action plan shall form the basis for the parties’ and the ongoing reassessment of the results and the development of measures.

Safety requirements and instructions

Seller agrees that performing any on-site services for Billerud requires Seller to become an ISNetworld (www.isn.com) subscriber. ISN through its web-based portal, ISNetworld, serves as Billerud’s primary contractor/supplier information management system. There is an annual fee to subscribe to ISNetworld for which Seller will be responsible. A new or current subscriber to ISNetworld must complete the following Billerud specific requirements in ISNetworld: Company Profile; Questionnaire; Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Programs; Document Submittal: Insurance, OSHA Forms, Experience Modifier and Labor Rates; Contractor Orientation Training. All Billerud suppliers will be graded and must achieve an A, B, or C grade to perform work on-site.

Billerud standard payment terms for suppliers are:
