Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect with a passion for business transformation, technology strategy, and enterprise-scale change?

As part of Billerud's ongoing business and IT transformation journey, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across our global operations, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain. In this role, you will help shape the future of our supply chain landscape by connecting business strategy with technology decisions and guiding one of Billerud's most important transformation initiatives.

About the role
You will be part of our Enterprise Architecture team with the purpose of translating Billerud's business objectives into a clear vision and actionable roadmap for the Supply Chain domain.

We are in the middle of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation affecting all mills and most business areas. As Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in this journey by bridging the overall enterprise vision with the supply chain strategy and ensuring that today's decisions support Billerud's future-state architecture.

The role combines architecture leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and transformation support in a global environment. Building trusted relationships across business and IT will be critical to driving alignment and long-term success.

Your main tasks will be
• Act as a strategic architecture advisor within Billerud's SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

• Define target architectures and transition roadmaps for the Supply Chain domain.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, investments, and transformation initiatives.

• Create and maintain architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Review solution designs and key architectural decisions together with other architects.

• Support the evolution of Billerud's Enterprise Architecture capability through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and help guide strategic decisions that shape Billerud's future technology landscape.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

• Previous experience working as an Enterprise Architect.

• Extensive experience working with SAP environments and enterprise-scale business processes.

• Experience supporting large business and IT transformations, preferably in global organizations.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, roadmaps, governance, and target architecture design.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Personal qualities

You are a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with practical execution. You thrive in complex transformation environments and enjoy bringing people together around a common direction.

You build trust through strong communication, collaboration, and a genuine interest in understanding different perspectives. With a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you can influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization and help drive meaningful change.

Our values are central to our business, and we believe you recognize yourself in: We care for each other and We do what we say!.
