As part of Billerud's ongoing transformation journey, we are strengthening our process governance capabilities and are looking for a Global Process Governance Expert to support the development and operation of our global process governance framework.
About the role
As Global Process Governance Expert, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing Billerud's enterprise process architecture and governance framework. You will support process owners, process experts, and business stakeholders in establishing consistent ways of working, high-quality process models, and a strong process-oriented culture across the organization.
The role combines process architecture, governance, training, and continuous improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, driving alignment, and enabling business transformation.
Your main tasks will be:
· Maintain and continuously improve Billerud's enterprise process architecture and process governance framework.
· Support and develop a global network of process owners, process experts, and process modelers through coaching, training, and best practices.
· Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to process modeling standards across the organization.
· Manage and support the enterprise process repository and related process management tools.
· Monitor governance compliance, assess process maturity, and recommend improvement actions.
· Support business transformation initiatives by ensuring alignment with process architecture, standards, and governance principles.
· Facilitate discussions and collaboration across functions to strengthen process excellence and cross-functional ways of working.
You report to: Manager Global IT Information & Process Governance.
The role is located in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden, and includes occasional international travel (approximately 5%).
Qualifications
· University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
· Experience working with business process management, process governance, or process architecture in a complex organization.
· Solid knowledge of process modeling methodologies and standards such as BPMN.
· Experience working with process management and architecture tools, preferably Signavio or similar platforms.
· Good understanding of governance frameworks, organizational change, and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Experience supporting transformation programs and process improvement initiatives.
· Strong facilitation skills and experience driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered an advantage.
Note: you need to have a permanent Swedish work permit to be considered for this position.
