We are looking for a leader who wants to be part of Billerud’s transformation journey and act as a Workstream lead for one of our streams within Commercial and Supply chain. You will drive delivery across business and IT, ensuring successful implementation of future processes, systems, and ways of working. 


   
About the role 
As Senior Project Manager/Workstream Lead, you will initially be responsible for the successful delivery of an assigned workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. You will lead a large cross-functional team consisting of both Billerud employees and external consultants, working closely with business process leads, Program Management and change management teams.


  
The role requires balancing business needs, process development, SAP capabilities, legacy systems, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure that the workstream delivers sustainable solutions and the expected business value. 


  
You will act as a key link between business and technology, guiding decisions, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the objectives of the transformation program. 
  


Your main tasks will be: 
· Lead and coordinate a cross-functional workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. 


  
· Drive the successful delivery of activities, milestones, and deliverables according to scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements. 


  
· Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes in close collaboration with Global Process Owner and Program Management.  
  


· Prepare and facilitate requirements, design, and solution workshops. 


  
· Ensure that key decisions are identified, prepared, and driven to closure.

 
  
· Contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable business processes supported by SAP S/4HANA and related systems. 


  
· Ensure alignment with related workstreams and program-wide objectives. 


  
· Support governance activities and provide regular updates on workstream status, risks, and achievements. 


  
You report to: Manager Global SAP Applications 
  

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can also be based in one of our mills in Sweden. Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part of the role. 

Qualifications

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

 


Extensive experience working as a Project Manager in several large-scale ERP transformation program

 


Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by ERP systems. 

 


Experience from one or more process areas within Commercial and Supply chain and related SAP modules.

 


Experience managing budgets, financial follow-up, and resource planning. 
Previous formal leadership experience is considered a strong advantage.

 


Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 


  
Note: You need to have a Swedish work permit to be considered for this position.
