Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud’ s head office in Solna, Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
- Ensure the smooth flow of the order process.
- Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals.
- Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-related position
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge in working within different IT-systems
- Bachelor’s degree of Science/Business Administration
- Experience of supply chain or/and logistics is a merit
