We are now looking for an experienced and driven Device and Mobility Management Specialist! 

We are seeking a skilled Device and Mobility Management Specialist to strengthen IT EUS global team and support Billerud’s continued transformation toward a modern Digital Workplace. This is a key role for ensuring secure, stable, standardized, and well-managed workplace devices and mobile solutions across the organization. 

As Device and Mobility Management Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving Billerud's modern endpoint and mobility strategy while ensuring secure and reliable operations. Microsoft Intune knowledge is the primary competence for this role, and you will work with Windows, iOS, Android, and related endpoint scenarios. You will also work with related technologies and processes such as Microsoft Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, device compliance, application deployment, configuration profiles, security baselines, lifecycle management, and supplier coordination. 


The role works closely with security, Service Desk, onsite support, application teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure that devices and mobile solutions are reliable, secure, cost-efficient, well documented, and aligned with Billerud standards and processes. Development and change characterize our IT organization, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to global IT harmonization, workplace device modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Own and continuously develop endpoint and mobility management services with Microsoft Intune as a key platform.

  • Manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including security, compliance, application deployment, and lifecycle activities.

  • Drive improvements within device management, workplace modernization, and digital workplace services.

  • Collaborate with Service Desk, technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders globally.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to endpoint platforms, workplace technology, and IT harmonization.

  • Maintain documentation, standards, operational routines, and service-related governance.

  • The role is based at one of Billerud’s sites in Gävle, Frövi, Gruvön, Karlsborg, Skärblacka, or Solna, Stockholm.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role as Device and Mobility Management Specialist within IT End User Services, we believe you have: 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune 

  • Experience managing Windows clients and mobile devices in an enterprise environment. 

  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management. 

  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate effectively in Swedish and English. 

  • Relevant academic education or equivalent experience 

Meritorious: 

  • Knowledge of PowerShell, automation, reporting, and data analysis for endpoint management. 

  • Experience from production-related IT environments, shared workplace devices, handheld devices, or similar operational equipment. 

  • Relevant Microsoft, endpoint management, security, or ITIL certifications. 

  • Experience with supplier coordination, lifecycle planning, budget input, license and agreement follow-up, and operational documentation.
