As IT Datacenter Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's datacenter infrastructure. The role focuses on enterprise monitoring platforms, Linux server environments, and Microsoft infrastructure services, ensuring stable, secure, and highly available IT operations across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments. 
  
The position works closely with infrastructure, network, security, application, and cloud teams to proactively monitor systems, resolve incidents, automate processes, and support strategic infrastructure initiatives. 
 
You will report to Manager IT Datacenter BEU.  
 
The work will be mainly onsite, with meetings and collaboration also taking place remotely through Teams 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
     
  • Proven experience in IT Monitoring, with a strong understanding of monitoring technologies, tools, and methodologies. 

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, patch management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify underlying issues. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
     
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is considered an advantage. 

  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate effectively in Swedish and English.
