1. What did you do before you started Billerud Technical Trainee Program?
During the summer before the program started, I worked as an operator here at Billerud. Before I started at Billerud, I have experience both from the paper industry but also in the
training industry.
2. What was the best thing about the program?
The absolute best thing was the great overview they got from Billerud as a whole company. We received a thorough review of the process, from forest to customer. And within the production,
we had the opportunity to get an internship from the start of the process to the end at the unloading.
3. What tips would you give to others who are interested in our program?
Apply! You will gain knowledge and experience that you can carry with you throughout your life. You get the chance to get to know new people and you simply get a fun community with other trainees.
