Billerud´s new product in the QuickFill® family, Brown QuickFill® Xcel, is developed primarily for demanding sacks for 50 kg of cement. Because of its outstanding strength and high porosity, the amount of paper per sack can be reduced at the same time as sack strength is retained or increased. Two ply 70-80 g/m2 are sufficient for filling and manually handling 50 kg sacks.

The high porosity of Billerud QuickFill®Xcel means that the paper does not need to be perforated prior to filling, which enables a higher production rate to be achieved. Efficiency is also enhanced by clean and
problem-free handling. Compared with traditional sacks with perforated holes, sacks made of Billerud QuickFill®Xcel do not leave a trail of dust behind them. This translates into a better work environment for people handling the sacks and creates value for your brand.
