According to Swedish legislation (1991:980), when shareholders acquire or dispose of shares in a listed company and thereby reach, exceed or fall below 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 66 2/3 and 90 percent thresholds for voting rights or number of shares in the company this shall be reported ("flagged") to Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). The reporting shall be made no later than the trading day after the transaction was completed and Finansinspektionen is responsible for publishing the information at the latest 12.00 PM the day after the flagging notification was received.
